Your marketing data, in one place you own

API limits, broken connections and schema changes are our job. Pick your channel — we move the data into your own database.

Analytics, advertising and app-store data, ingested and modeled into ready-to-query tables that refresh every day. No platform is ever written to; we only read.

What “managed” actually means

Connecting a source is the easy part — anyone can do it once. Keeping it connected is the work, and it is the part that quietly becomes someone’s second job. Here it is ours.

  • Quotas and timeouts are our problem

    Paced, chunked, retried

Every platform meters its API differently and every one of them times out eventually. Requests are paced, chunked and retried against each platform’s limits, so a busy day never turns into a gap in your data.

  • History comes with it, not just today

As far back as the platform allows

The first sync loads as much past as each platform exposes — and where a platform caps that, we say so on the source’s page rather than implying we can beat it. From then on, history accumulates under your retention, not theirs.

  • When a connection breaks, we already know

    Monitored for freshness and drift

Runs are retried automatically and every sync is checked for freshness, volume and schema drift. When a platform changes a field, the fix happens in the pipeline — you hear about it in a note, not from a broken report.

Your data never leaves your account

There is no Insightlytics data lake holding a copy of your business. The pipeline runs inside infrastructure you own, with access you granted and can withdraw — which is the part that usually decides whether this passes review.

  • It lands in your project, not ours

The raw tables and the data models are created inside a warehouse project you own and pay for. Nothing is copied into an Insightlytics account, so there is no vendor database to escape from if you leave.

  • Least privilege, read-only

Each platform is connected with the narrowest access that will do the job, granted by you and revocable by you at any moment. We read your marketing platforms; we never gain write access to them.

  • Nothing is written back

No campaign is edited, no property is modified, no tag is deployed. The pipeline moves in one direction — out of the platforms and into your database — which keeps the blast radius of our access at zero.

Where it lands

  • BigQuery BigQuery Your data models are built in your own BigQuery project — our access is read-only, and the tables are always yours.

BigQuery is the supported database today. If you run a different warehouse, tell us — the roadmap is driven by requests.

Can’t see the platform you need?

Tell us which one and what you need out of it. New sources get added on request — we’ll work out the shape and the timeline together rather than quoting one before we understand the data.
